She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.- 30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have a rental property that I have fully managed by William H Brown in Grantham. I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service. Thankyou.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Michael and his team at Frank Modern gave us a great service from start to finish.They are a very friendly team, and always very easy to get hold off. They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.
