Communication was excellent and we always felt kept up to date. Although we ultimately decided to take our property off the market for now, we were very happy with the service we received and would have no hesitation recommending them ??????

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Awful experience, they knew no information about the property (measurements, current utilities, etc) and didn’t get back to me when I asked them to find out. Also initially gave me the wrong key to the property. They also use third parties for so much of the process which gets really confusing and they don’t clarify things properly when asked.

It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Having now worked with Alexanders across three separate property transactions, two sales and one purchase, I can confidently say they are one of the best estate agents we've dealt with.<br><br>Over the course of those transactions, I've had the pleasure of working with much of the team, including Harry, Emily, Anya, Stephanie and Hayden, and every one of them brought something different to the table. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!

He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property—something the other agents simply didn't.<br><br>The marketing was excellent. 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring.
