While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner and I have unfortunately rented through Knights for the past three years and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Firstly, whenever we reported issues with the property, it was very difficult to reach someone who could actually provide a solution. We constantly had to chase them with follow-up calls and emails, even for simple issues such as the blinds not working. Basic maintenance requests took far longer than they should have because communication from the team was poor. The most frustrating part, however, has been dealing with the lettings team regarding our deposit. We moved out of the property almost 11 weeks ago and still have not received it back. The lettings team never contacted either myself or my partner with an update about the deposit, so we had to reach out to them ourselves. We have called and emailed more than seven times just to get an update, and each time we receive the same responses: “We don’t know,” “I don’t deal with deposits,” or “We will get back to you.” Because of the lack of progress, we raised a dispute directly with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), and the agents were given a deadline to respond. Instead of communicating with us once the dispute had been confirmed, they waited until the deadline to raise any issues. As a result, we are still waiting for our deposit nearly three months after moving out. Overall, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through this company think twice. In our experience, they are not proactive, they repeatedly make excuses for unresolved issues, and unless you constantly chase them, almost daily, they will simply delay matters, including returning your deposit.

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to support us through what was a very difficult set of circumstances. Where others may have seen obstacles, Steven saw solutions. His knowledge, persistence, and genuine commitment to helping us made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, Steven kept us informed, reassured, and confident that we would get there in the end. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had (no matter how small), and always made us feel like a priority. What really stood out was his determination and care. Our situation wasn’t straightforward, but Steven worked tirelessly behind the scenes to find the right mortgage option for us. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we achieved an outcome that at times felt impossible. If you’re looking for a mortgage advisor who is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping his clients succeed, Steven is the person you want by your side. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for expert mortgage advice.

I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish. Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Taking this approach made us feel relaxed and saved us having to feel as though we were chasing. Equally, whenever we had any questions, no matter what they were, Maisie to would either answer immediately, or she’d research it and come back to us. In conclusion, it was a very calm and favourable experience. Thank you.
