For context my comments are as a buyer. After multiple previous bad experiences with other agents I didn't have very high hopes. However, Jack Brown couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered my emails quickly, even when on holiday. He went out of his way to gain information that wasn't really his job to get. Met with me onsite multiple times and was generally very easy to deal with. I also met one of his other colleagues a while ago who was equally helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. Sorry I don't remember your name. Credit to your business. ???? I'm sure Jack will be glad to see the back of me. Thanks again. To the "other agents" (You know who you are) you could learn a thing or two from TDB about customer service. I didn't name you as I'm a decent person. I would not recommend this business, as after receive the first draft of the lease of the building the changed the deal on the lease. After that Sam harassed us to close the lease after we waiting for weeks for the lease to be done. After receive the money for the deposit and rent, we had to run after the keys and once received we had to ask for the key of the shutter. The service was bad let alone the emails from Sam Sutton himself rude to the core. This is my second business, I never experience such unprofessionalism as this business. This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.... Read more
