7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

Despite working with the sellers side rather than with us directly, they were incredibly helpful. Emma especially was always at the end of the email and happy to help us- which was so useful as we were first time buyers.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

Claire & the team are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team, and they made the process so unbelievably smooth. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, especially regarding mortgages and the application process but Lisa and Donna both made the process completely calming and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns, and at any time of day. If you are in Tamworth or local I would absolutely advise purchasing or selling with Greens. You will not be dissatisfied.
