From start to finish they were very friendly ,professional and a pleasure to work with and just can’t fault their commitment to making the whole process go as smooth as possible. A special mention to Luke for all his hard work who went above and beyond for us throughout . I would also like to thank Ellie for her role in the process keeping us updated and her communication throughout and the rest of the team who made a stressfull situation a pleasant one . 17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process. Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!- 23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I recently purchased a house, and Your Move Nuneaton were the estate agents handling the sale. Matt managed my home buying journey and was fantastic throughout. He answered all my questions promptly and even helped me get in touch with my solicitors when I was struggling to reach them. I would highly recommend them, especially Matt.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one. Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

On all occasions they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered clearly and in a very timely manner. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking for a first class, professional letting agent.

7th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!
