21st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
16th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property
1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Rented through Ace Property for over a year. My experience:<br><br>Maintenance: Repairs were slow, including safety issues — a faulty smoke alarm and roof leak — never resolved during my tenancy.<br><br>Contract: Fridge and washing machine weren’t covered under maintenance — check this before signing, as I was asked to replace them myself when they broke.<br><br>Move-in: Property wasn’t fully cleaned, storage was partly occupied by the landlord’s belongings, and keys were only given out in the evening with no earlier option.<br><br>Move-out: We cleaned thoroughly, but a cleaning deduction was still proposed — disputed with our own photos. Also questioned over a magnum loly left in the fridge and a pair of nearly-new footwear left intentionally for reuse for backyard. As I’d already left the country, a family member had to attend and clean before the deposit was released.<br><br>Deposit: Deductions were proposed for pen marks on a door/wall that weren’t ours — resolved with dated photos from move-in. Deposit was only returned 1 month and 2 days after I vacated, after a lot of back-and-forth.<br><br>Takeaway: Document everything with photos on move-in and move-out, and read the maintenance clauses carefully.

We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Cannot recommend Sean, Karen and the team highly enough. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team. And we sold within 5 days!<br>That may not always happen of course but the communication was great and they were all lovely to deal with throughout the process.

21st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We have worked with Garry both when renting out our property and, most recently, selling it, and he has been absolutely brilliant throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most about Garry is his honesty and refreshingly straightforward advice. He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home

23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a brilliant experience with selling my parents house with Spencers in Wigston. My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
