Many thanks to Ben, Amy, Libby and Denise who fully supported the after sale and comms between myself the buyers, solicitors in the chain.
15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.
11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We are currently selling our property with Spencer’s. Mike was very good arranging photo’s and appointments around us and work which was challenging but not an issue at all. He has vast knowledge and a lovely guy. Even replying to emails late in the evening - complete dedication! Both Georgina and Shaniya have been polite and answered all questions and emails promptly. Shaniya arranged a viewing recently and kept my 8 year old daughter amused counting things with her so she wasn’t under our feet, this is what I love about Spencers’s. Shaniya didn’t need to do this but she was amazing and went above and beyond and we our so thankful so I felt I needed to write a review.

He kept us posted on all updates and went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly.Regular phone calls between us both which he never failed to answer. Don’t think I’d have managed without his help .A massive thank you to you .

Alfie was consistently our point of contact throughout; despite the fact that he mentioned that he was new to the job, he was always friendly and helpful with great communication skills. 12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassurance

24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.
