5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

25th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our experience as a buyer Willsons and in particular Alice was poor and unprofessional. Viewing a property the agent was not engaging at all, we felt like she didn’t particularly want to be there, her knowledge of the property was poor, every question we asked she didn’t know the answer and she followed around watching us like a hawk, which is slightly unnerving and we couldn’t relax. Communication was none existent to say the least. ????????????

24th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Dropped price twice, seemed to be marketing our property, came to ‘do fresh snaps/videos, but when we decided to leave we weren’t told there was a ‘cost’ for doing this! £500 lighter now but got rid of them.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at let’s get you moving were amazing helpful through the whole process and are even willing to be of assistance after we bought our house. Stephen could not have done more or been more willing to help and welcome my family to Holbeach which we thank him for, would recommend without a hesitation as they are so much more than estate agents friendly helpful service if you are looking to move this is the number one choice!!!

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
