Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. 29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I found that they were OK i think in 20 weeks I only had about 3 viewings and was generally a little disappointed.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Asked for a valuation along with a couple of other agents - decided to go with another agent. Since then they call me all the time, despite me repeatedly (at least 10 times now) telling them to delete all my information from their files and not contact me anymore. I cannot express how irritating it is, and I believe a breach of GDPR as well. Can you just leave me alone???

I could not praise Fergal and Mike enough, they were highly professional, diligent and very understanding about the sensitively of the situation. They worked with us until we were reassured the problem was resolved.

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)The girls at Whitegates Newark are amazing! I had just moved up for work and was scrambling to find a place. I sent enquiries to a few estate agents, and Julie got back to me straight away over the phone. She wasted no time arranging viewings for great properties that were exactly within my budget. While other agents were sending irrelevant questions over email with no real sense of urgency, Julie was proactive and genuinely helpful. She found me my apartment on the very first day! After that, Alex took over and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole application process, both over the phone and via email. The communication was clear and reassuring from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more — thank you both for making what could have been a stressful move feel so welcoming :)

14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

Gill was very fair in her evaluation & gave us great advice on what we needed to do to get the Property, sale-worthy. We had numerous viewings and sold the property very quickly. Gill & the team regularly communicated with us to ensure the smooth running of the sale. Their experience shone through during the whole process. The team at Banner & Co are extremely professional and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much for handling the sale of our property!

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

Communication and guidance to ensure a quick smooth sale was excellent. All literature and advertising my property was professional, and very informative when showing prospective buyers around our property. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

19th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Paul was absolutely fantastic from the minute we met at the valuing of our property right through to getting the keys to our new. Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
