4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From the initial valuation visit, and throughout the sale process, Matthew & Richard at Coopers have been excellent in every respect, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service and acting with sensitivity and sympathy when we lost our mum during the process.<br><br>Matthew even went the extra mile in helping us to move some furniture around ready for the photographer to visit.<br><br>The sales pack was highly professional and was quickly tweaked to address a couple of minor comments we had<br><br>Their communications have been great throughout; timely, informative and not overwhelming, and they managed the delay in the process waiting for probate to be granted very capably.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling property in and around Market Harborough.

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

1st Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

But the big thank you and the main body of work done in my opinion was Georger my night my confidant foot-soldier the one that pushed the cogs on a daily basis with a smile professional attitude and compassion to get the tasked done well played. This is just the tip of the iceberg to put this down in such a small scale. I couldn’t ask for better people /company to sell homes.
