The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

Vicky was always there at the end of the phone or she got back to us straight away. She went over and beyond her role of estate agent and for that Simon and I cannot thank her enough. Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

Nothing was too much trouble and Janet and Emily were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and in particular in presenting the house for the photographs and also viewings. They continued their excellent customer service once we had sold (which was within three weeks) by proactively keeping us updated at every step of the way from the top to the bottom of the chain. We can't thank them enough and can highly recommend them without hesitation.- 11th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I recently enquired about a property through Holmes Naden and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. After viewing 12 Magnolia Rise in Prestbury, I was asked to send over a detailed family profile for the landlord — which I did immediately — but I never received so much as an acknowledgment or a follow-up. Weeks later, I noticed the same property had been reduced in price, yet no one thought to contact us despite our clear readiness to commit to a long-term tenancy. For a company representing high-value homes, the communication and attention to genuine applicants was surprisingly poor. As a business owner myself, dealing daily with professional organisations and corporate clients, professionalism and courtesy are everything — and unfortunately, this experience lacked both.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I am just sold a house through Latham Estates, I just wanted to share my experience . Debbie and the team ( special mention to Aimee ) are really great. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress and the team contacted the solicitors in the chain as well as buyers and sellers , which was great and meant information was always accurate and timely . I would highly recommend using the services of Latham Estates if you expect great service and helpful people.
