My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.... Read more
