27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
