Hazem and Chancellors Ascot are the best - professional, knowledgable, friendly, supportive and above all wonderful to work with!

She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.

27th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

3rd Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I would not recommend Purplebricks services. I paid for a hosted viewings package as I was unable to conduct viewings myself. The first viewing was booked and confirmed by the hosted viewings team however the team failed to turn up to show the potential buyer the property, as a result they could not view the property. After I made a complaint I received an Armenia response form the hosted viewings team denying it was their fault. It also seems that out of spite the hosted viewings package was deactivated on my account, without my permission or request and unbeknown to me. A second viewing was booked which again, the hosted viewings team did not turn up to. Purplebricks effectively seemed to be trying their best to block the sale of my property by not allowing people to access my property. They could not provide a sufficient answer as to why they failed to turn up twice and I lost all confidence that they could sell my flat and as a result I took it off the market. The complaints process took several weeks to deal with my complaint and an initial offer of a £225 refund was an insult given that I paid £1499 for the package (hosted viewings listed as £899). A second and final offer saw a refund of £625, which is still no where near enough to pay me back for their failure to comply with the contract and the inconvenience I experienced given they significantly delayed the sale of my property.

I really appreciate his patience and support, and I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and approachable estate agent.
