they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.... Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list.
