As we have been 200miles remote from our property let it has been very reassuring to know that someone local is keeping in good touch with our tenants, and helping us quickly find reliable workers to manage the maintenance issues that come up from time-to-time. Communication with them has been excellent and they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

All checks were completed smoothly, and the tenant moved in without any issues. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept fully updated at every stage. Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase.
