It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Austerberry who sold our late aunties house in Longton. Efficient from start, honest pricing and handled the sale very quickly. They also had the key and sorted viewings ... again very strong and reliable. Fully recommend.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We used them expecting the full Rolls Royce package. To get an open house to get the people through the door. Sold a high end package with a high end price. Went from Rolls Royce to a Renault sharpish. Photos weren’t loaded and had to ask for them to be loaded. After a few weeks we had to go to the shop as the phones were going unanswered. We had not received reports of how we were doing in the market. Another unticked box. After 12 weeks we raised a complaint as nobody reached out to us. And then promises they would do a video and do more canvassing. We had 10 people who clicked more info to book an appointment. Nobody came through the door. No viewings. No contact. We decided to pull house from market.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful.
