It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

The lovely 'Alex D' my sales negotiator was superb throughout, she went far beyond any expectations; by not only being positively meticulous with the sale, getting the best price and giving me tremendous advice, she also took personal charge in driving forward a particularly poor and sluggish solicitor acting for my buyer. If it were not for Alex's unwavering determination outside of the box, I am sure the sale would have fallen through. I unequivocally recommend Alex to any future customer.
