It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. Franki was always chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and she usually knew what was happening before my solicitor!
8th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alyssia Norman, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism as a Sales Negotiator was really impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.

The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. 20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
