They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)- This agent doesn't have any reviews

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Emma at Cobb undertook the selling of our property in Knighton and from start to finish it felt like our sale was in the hands of not only a dedicated professional who knows the market intimately, but of a compassionate individual who really cares about making the process as simple and smooth as possible with all the care and attention you could possibly wish for. Everything was top notch, from the initial enquiry, through the creation of the property details with excellent photographs and descriptions and on to the completion. Emma was always on hand, whether at the end of the phone, in the Knighton office or by email. Being looked after by someone who both lives and works in the area was a huge benefit and was an important factor in our decision to use Cobb Amos as our selling agent. We're so very glad she grateful we did!

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, and by far the best estate agent we have dealt with over the course of many house moves. A real credit to McCartneys and the profession, and someone we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Only call received was when the agent who valued our property called to say he was leaving Halls-- Photography was just below average. If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Agent was late to show me around a property, Emails not getting answers, I asked to ask the landlord to reduce rent payment or contract min term due to damp in the house but i was told this wasn't something the landlord wanted to do even though i seen on the site that the rent had already been dropped. Over all disappointing considering they have won awards i expected better maybe they are more for selling houses then renting.- 16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Whoever I spoke to were polite and helpful. We had plenty of viewings and were kept up to date with feedbacks from them. The initial valuation was done in a professional manner and photography also progressed professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.

I stayed in castle terrace. I Never met the landlord but they were brilliant with helping me with anything I needed via MS. The landlord had handymen on dial to fix any issue. Superb.
