We have just moved home & Rob, Alicia, Emily & the team were great throughout the entire process.<br><br>At the start when our previous house went on the market the team made sure it was on for the right price which helped our house sell in under a week. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, they are honest in their valuation & tell you the price which the house will sell at.<br><br>Unfortunately the first sale fell through initially (not of their doing). They were brilliant, they liaised with the estate agent of the house we were buying to inform them of the situation & the plan of how they would get the house back on the market. It was back on the market the following day & sold again in under a week.<br><br>Once the process of moving was underway Alicia - who was dealing with our sale, was always available for a phone call to answer any queries & always answered emails the same day. But when Alicia wasn’t available members of the team would always be willing to take messages & chase up so we didn’t lose any time.<br><br>They also chased all parties involved to ensure the process was completed as soon as possible, it made the entire process a lot less stressful & allowed us to focus on sorting out our property prior to moving as we knew they were doing everything in their power to get the sale completed quickly.<br><br>I could not recommend Anderson’s enough & I will be directing friends & family who are moving, to them to sell their house. We cannot thank them enough!<br><br>Thanks Rob & the team!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)After 18 months with Blundells, I would strongly warn any landlord against trusting them with their property. This has been the worst agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>They take my management fees, yet I am the one constantly chasing everything. Calls go unanswered, work is delayed, and promised updates do not arrive. I have had to visit their office just to get answers, and the attitude I have encountered has only added to my frustration. “We’re busy” and “We’re sorry” are repeated excuses, with little action afterwards.<br><br>They told my tenant they could leave without consulting me, despite previously confirming that rent remained due until 17 November. I am now left with two months’ unpaid rent. My tenant also left the property in a condition I consider unacceptable, yet their assessment suggested it was largely fine.<br><br>I let another property through a different agency and am very happy with their service. I have never experienced these problems with them.<br><br>Blundells were attentive when securing my business. Afterwards, I felt completely let down. Paying for full management while having to chase and oversee everything yourself is unacceptable. I would never use them again or recommend them to any landlord.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Charlotte at Reeds & Rains has been amazing., guiding each one of our family members every step of the way, from the moment we started looking for a new home to rent, to actually moving in.<br>She stays in touch regularly to make sure that everything is ok.<br><br>We would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new home in Sheffield.
4th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me fully informed of everything that was happening. Being local I was able to pop in and talk to them at any time and I was always made welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone selling.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home.
