13th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Lack of communication Weren’t very proactive You get what you pay for- 25th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility. On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating. Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.

This time Sienna looked after us really well, speedy and accurate communications getting our property turned around asap. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Every time I call, Josh has the answers (the agents below him lied, and thanks to Josh i was able to understand what was going on, and kept my vendors informed) ... The strange thing is that Josh is the Lettings Manager, so sales are not his remit - A man with many hats and a perfect role model for the industry !- 10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Blundells Chapeltown have been outstanding in supporting me and my partner throughout our property search. Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.

4th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.

Nothing is too much trouble and are also at the end of the phone to solve any queries. We would highly recommend the Chapeltown team.- 28th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Im 62 yrs of age and never sold a house before (lived in same house since got married) so when my mum passed away I was left in a fortunate position where I had a house to sell. As I had no previous experience of selling, I asked my friend to accompany me with the valuation appointments. After 2 appointments which we both agreed undervalued the house and seemed only interested in a quick sale one very eager for me to sign there and then. So we decided to try Hunters Estate Agents Hillsborough Helen arrived and all of a sudden felt this meeting were different at last someone who treated this house with respect and compassion it deserved after all this was our family home for 57 yrs and held a lot of memories and Helen did just that treated it like a family home and not a commodity. Without even going to detail re charges knew we had already made our minds up ????. The charges were very very reasonable and she even sorted a solicitor out for us in our case used Taylor and Emmett who again cant fault on the price they charged and the first-class service we received from them. The marketing of the property was excellent from the brochure, photos and viewings think we got 18 views in first week and numerous offers. From middle April to 22nd September all now completed form start to finish excellent communication from Helen, Lauren and Emily nothing too much trouble all in all excellent service. Think for me to sum this up if you looking for an Estate Agent do not look any further than Hunters Hillsborough.

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.

7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I chose Saxton me to help sell my home. From start to finish I was pleased with how it went. They kept me informed of everything that needed to be done. Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Lewis came to value the house, he was friendly and courteous. He explained very clearly what he would do and how I would be allocated to a particular agent so only dealt with one person out of their team at all times. I loved the fact they had something called the property hub which was a link I could go on to see exactly who was viewing the house, their feedback and any offers made. I was amazed how quickly they managed to sell the house without even putting a for sale board up. Would highly recommend
