Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. I had four estate agents coming to value the house, and when Sam arrived on a rainy day wearing stiletto sandals and a big warm honest smile, I knew she was the one for us.<br>She was wonderful and understood from the start that there was history there for us after 60 years, and that it mattered to us who bought it and whether they would respect the house.<br>Sam brought warmth, communication and a sense of humour to what is never a particularly enjoyable process. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and her advice at key points was always sound. I trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands.<br>Until now I've not had a great opinion of estate agents but Sam has given me faith.
