We had a great experience with Sam at Village Properties. Even though she was acting for the sellers, she was always fair, honest and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was brilliant at keeping everyone updated, chasing things when they needed chasing, and helping with communication between both sets of conveyancers. She also kept in touch with the sellers, which really helped move things along when there were delays. Buying a house can be really stressful, but Sam made the whole process much easier. She always replied quickly, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. We really appreciated everything she did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Village Properties.
