4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.<br>Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.<br>He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.<br>I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.<br>I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)<br>In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)

She is very experienced and is able to solve issues arising in a prompt, efficient and cost effective manner. Agnes is a very valuable asset to her organization.

My recent selling experience was made much smoother with the experience, knowledge and support of Rob. He was always professional and a great advisor throughout the process and as a result secured a sale we were very happy with.
20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We initially chose Winkworth because we had seen their boards a lot on our street over the years so knew they had significant local presence and knowledge. But whilst that may have been the reason we picked them without knowing anyone there, we have found that Flora, Bell, Adam and Laura were absolutely the right team for the job and are glad we went with them. Flora came to the initial meeting well prepared and gave us an honest assessment of our options. Being in a chain and with two young children, we were keen to avoid the disruption that came with viewings. With Winkworth, we were able to minimise the number of viewings because they had a ready list of buyers that could be approached. This allowed us to stay off-market entirely from start to finish. Bell was very diligent in corresponding with the buyers throughout, even after completion. Overall - a good experience for us as sellers and we would highly recommend Winkworth Putney.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Marsh and Parsons were so graceful and professional throughout the process of viewing, making and offer and ultimately purchasing our new home. Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. They are a great team, but Alastair really stood out.

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)KFH were the seller’s agent for our purchase. They were excellent. We moved from offer acceptance to exchange in less than 2 weeks, which was in no small part down to their responsiveness. We would definitely recommend KFH.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m not looking to rent my property straight away however I’ve visited a few agents to discuss my situation, when I’ve let other agent know this I felt the immediate lack of disinterest however this wasn’t the case walking into John D Wood Richmond and speaking to Anton. I Will 100% be letting my house with them.
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Take extreme care when dealing with lettings in this office.- 23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to John, Jess and all the Team at Winkworth in Southfields for all their help and support in selling our home.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, approachable, and always kept us updated throughout the process. Their knowledge, guidance, and excellent communication gave us confidence every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble and they managed to sell our house quickly and efficiently.<br><br>We feel fortunate to have had John and Jess guide us through the selling process and would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested! So shoddy and it proves they are only interested in your money and not providing a good customer service.

She has been professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Everything felt smooth and stress-free thanks to her support. She always went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted for us. Whether it was chasing up details with the landlord, clarifying paperwork, or keeping us in the loop outside of normal working hours. We’re really grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place!

We had other work going on but she was very understanding and patient.<br>Yvette Was meant to be away the following week but made sure we got the appraisal before she went away.<br>Really admire her professionalism.<br>Also thanks to Emma at the office.<br>I highly recommend Barnard Marcus for all letting and sales and also Yvette she is so unlike an estate agent which is quiet refreshing to say the least.
