Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. All checks were completed smoothly, and the tenant moved in without any issues. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept fully updated at every stage. 5th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I met with 3 estates agents, 2 were larger companies, but I was instantly more comfortable with Mark, he took the time to explain things and I felt like I could ask stupid questions. The photographer who was used was also really good, we bagged up items to move and he moved them around as needed and made it all really easy. Everyone who contacted me to arrange viewings has been really friendly, professional and approachable, and Trish who dealt with the offers was excellent.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Their fees are more than competitive in the current market. Josh has been a breath of fresh air to deal with.

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. My rental application was not a straight forward one, and the overall application was unorthodox from my end.<br>Wards worked with me to help me to get my referencing checks sorted, even speaking to them on my behalf.<br>They then also spoke to the landlord directly and I get the keys to the property later this month.<br>All staff have been polite and more than willing to answer any questions.<br>A special shoutout to Caroline who has gone above and beyond to show me the property, answer any questions and deal with any queries or hold ups on my behalf to make this process a smooth and as stress free as possible.<br>The best letting agents I’ve dealt with and I would definitely recommend them ??????
