11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I've often wondered why you pay an estate agent so much for just advertising a house for sale. Well this time we found out why. Through a difficult sale, Aimee and Janet chased, organised and pushed solicitors and other buyers and just made it happen when it regularly looked like it wouldn't. Also a big thank you to Nicole for the original sales valuations etc which were spot on and achieved what we needed. A great team - thank you so much.

They always took the time to explain everything to us and we always felt we could call them at anytime. They really are premier league and without doubt made the process less stressful than it otherwise would have been.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept me informed at every stage and were always quick to answer any questions. Their knowledge of the local market was clear, and they worked hard to secure a great offer in a week. Sadly the buyer pulled out after delays in the chain but the Northwood team quickly got the property back on the market and secured us another great offer in a matter of days! What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I felt confident I was in good hands from start to finish. The quality of the listing was excellent and they had professional photography not just someone snapping on their phone, which I do believe generated great interest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We all know moving home can be so stressful, selling my house through RMS in Fenham definitely relieved some of that stress. From the initial valuation through to completion, I was guided every step of the way. I am a complete luddite when it comes to online form filling, so probably saw more of the gang than your average customer ( me and Dylan should be exchanging Christmas cards!) My numerous queries, however trivial, were answered quickly and efficiently, by whichever member of the team that was unfortunate enough to take my call. I would not hesitate to recommend the Fenham branch 100%, can't thank the team enough for all their help.

Helen was excellent and worked so hard for us. From the initial valuation to the very end , the team were professional and the valuation was accurate. The photographs of our property were accurate and beautiful. I would highly recommend this estate agency if you are thinking of selling in North Tyneside.

My property was quite old and unique, so it needed a more thoughtful and tailored approach — which they absolutely delivered. Katrina was my main point of contact and was excellent throughout — incredibly understanding, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. She took the time to really get to grips with the property and how best to present it. I also really appreciated the support from Denise, Megan, Hazel, and Alex, who all played a part in making the process run smoothly. I received lots of helpful advice along the way, from pricing to preparation, which made a big difference. They were also really strong when it came to negotiations and did a great job managing timelines, which helped keep everything on track and reduced a lot of potential stress. More generally, the whole team have a brilliant demeanour — really friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. It was always simple to pick up the phone and speak to someone, and I never felt like I was being rushed or brushed off. Communication was consistent and clear, and I always felt supported and well-informed. Selling a more unusual home could have been stressful, but they made it feel much more manageable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if your property needs a bit more care and attention than the standard sale.
