No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)The whole process of selling my flat was smoothed over by the estate agents and solicitor at Robert Duff's. Their experience and expertise meant that I had no anxiety about what needed to be done. As well as being professional, they were also friendly and understanding and kept me informed with what was happening. The flat was well presented and publicised and it was sold very quickly thanks to them. I am very grateful to the estate agents and solicitor who did all this for me.
6th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Tracey stood out with her personalized approach. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. Their personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found a great home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 25th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

The team truly went above and beyond, making the entire process much easier, especially for my dad, who needed assistance with all the paperwork involved. Their guidance and patience were invaluable, and my dad was genuinely thankful for their help. Given our parents’ age and the added challenge of my mum’s vascular dementia, we could not have made this move a reality without the unwavering support of Arran Estate Agents. Their compassion and empathy for our situation were evident at every step, and they made sure we felt cared for throughout the journey.
