24th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!
15th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
3rd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)We had a great experience with Ellis & Co so far. We had been looking for a house with a garden that is pet friendly. The house we found was lovely but unfortunately full with Carpet . When I mentioned it to the Realtor Emilia she then went out of her way to support us and change the Carpet into Wood Flooring which made this lovely house into our new home :-) we moved in last Weekend and are looking forward to a healthy long term relationship together.- 30th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Just sold my apartment through Winkworth - I was dealing with Christian and George and both were really great agents. The property was sold promptly with no hiccups and I was very happy with the sale. Would highly recommend using this team!

She often went the extra mile, even working after hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Her communication was always clear, and she managed our expectations with honesty and professionalism. We really appreciated her patience and persistence, and how she kept the process moving even when things were uncertain. Thank you, Christina, for all your hard work and care it really made a difference.

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. 25th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

29th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with Paul Simon. My company had shown genuine interest in one of the commercial properties advertised for rent by your firm. Given our interest, I contacted your office to discuss the opportunity and obtain further details about the property and the rental process. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with your representative was both discouraging and unprofessional. During our phone conversation, I was informed that Paul Simon was only considering “blue chip” companies such as Starbucks and similar large corporations for the tenancy. This statement was made without any inquiry into my company’s background, credentials, or financial standing. I found this approach to be dismissive and prejudiced, particularly as it overlooked the potential of other reputable businesses that may not be globally recognised household names. In the business and property sectors, professionalism, fairness, and respect toward all potential clients are fundamental principles that help maintain a positive reputation and foster long-term relationships. The response I received, however, reflected a lack of openness and inclusivity, and it left me with the impression that smaller or privately-owned enterprises are not valued or given fair consideration. It is disappointing to encounter such behaviour from an established company that promotes itself as a leader in property management and leasing. I hope that Paul Simon takes this feedback constructively and ensures that all inquiries—regardless of the size or public profile of the prospective tenant—are handled with equal courtesy and professionalism. Every business, large or small, deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to present its credentials before being dismissed. I genuinely hope that this feedback encourages reflection within your team, leading to a more equitable and professional approach toward potential clients in the future.

From the moment I began the process of selling my property, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently reassuring. They kept me informed at every stage, addressed all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a service that combines efficiency, genuine care, and excellent communication, but Mark and his team delivered all of that and more. The service was truly first class, and I would happily return to Mark Beaumont for any future property needs without hesitation.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I live next to a property this agency lets, and they have let it get to rack and ruin, and despite the broken fence which was a break-in, and they promised they would repair it - they never did. They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
