16th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)We used proctors in petts wood to both rent out a property and then to sell. Nick made the process very easy. He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.
20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

We would whole heartedly recommend Ian Green Residential and Jake Green in particular, and best of all, he found the home we were looking for....ten out of ten.

19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.

They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...
