1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

5th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 14th Jul 2015 (10 years ago)Just observing my workmate's utter horror story with this company unfolding now. He's lived in a property managed by them that has no working toilet, washing machine or cooker since he moved in 3 months ago. A workman was sent to fix the gas boiler who wasn't a Gas Safe registered plumber. It broke down again on a number of occasions. Dangerous wires protruding from a burnt out socket were simply taped up with black tape. Communication has been negligible and threats of debt collection were made when it was suggested rent was withheld until problems were fixed. A diabolical service that borders on criminal negligence. UPDATE. It's now months later and after none of the problems with the property were dealt with and the owner said "It's probably best for everyone that the tenants leave the house", Ferrari Dewe are now pursuing the tenants to the tune of £3000. Utterly disgusting company.

16th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
