24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Tobi and Gemma were honestly amazing from start to finish when it came to selling my place on Mildenhall Road, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to handle everything. They just made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free, which is not something I was expecting at all! They really know their stuff, gave great advice at every stage, and were always on hand to answer questions or keep me in the loop. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting the best result for me, and they absolutely delivered. What I loved most was how down-to-earth and approachable they were while still being super professional and on it the whole time. It never felt like just another sale to them. I’d recommend them to literally anyone in Hackney without hesitation, and by the end of it all it felt less like working with agents and more like having a couple of friends helping you through a big life moment.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)As a buyer I'd had a great experience with Bairstow Eves East Ham a few years ago, so when I decided to sell the house it made sense to go back to them. It was definitely the right decision. Communication with David and Maria was very smooth and I always felt in the loop. I've never actually sold a property before, and was a bit intimidated by the idea initially, but thanks to Maria and David's efforts I was always pretty confident that it was all going to be okay. 30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Property agent communicated until the rental agreement was signed. No response to any queries or maintainence after which was irresponsible and negligent. Even trying to end tenancy after was a nightmare with sly and underhanded approches to extend the lease solely for their profit. A real warning to both landlords and tenants to choose more ethical letting agencies to amange your housing needs.

We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!
