The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents to sell our property. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10.
