She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! When my flatmate and I visited the flat we've moved into, Adriana took her time to show us everything and answer any questions. The whole process after we decided to rent the flat was very smooth thanks to Adriana and she was so helpful throughout! Thank you so much for making the process of renting/moving so much easier! :)

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you for your all the help - Folco has been really helpful, flexible and nice throughout the process, accommodating further visits when needed I also think it's a nice and family business which changes from big estate agent chains. I also met Guy towards the end who was super nice as well and friendly.
25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Unprofessional hiring process. They will message you to apply, and then when you do, they will ultimately ghost you. Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.
8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)We as a family were looking for a bigger home on and off for a number of years. Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, a real pleasure to work with Ryann with an excellent outcome for all. Thank you once again to at Orient Estates.

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. Next Move provided a thorough and trustworthy service ; we benefited from Richard’s wealth of experience in the area, we would definitely recommend Richard and his team .
18th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)This is our second year renting with MySpace - we are very happy with their service and would really recommend them. Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

He was friendly, attentive and a safe pair of hands who provided us with knowledge about the area to help make our decision on where to live. He always responded to any questions or emails very quickly (even questions that were beyond his job as an agent) which resulted in a fast purchase from when we offered to receiving the keys to our new home. Thank you Mark for all of your support- we couldn’t be happier!

6th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I have dealt with estate agents for the last 8 years, roughly once a year, and have, to say the least, grown to dislike and distrust them. They would always rush you, then make you wait, sometimes use you just as a bargaining chip in someone else’s offer. They have always made renting an overly stressful and convoluted process. Then we met Tay from Majestic Properties, who is unlike any other agent I have ever dealt with. He was kind, prompt, accommodating and very efficient. From organising a last minute viewing on a weekend, to taking our offer and getting it accepted on the same day, he has been on it the entire time. The referencing process was straightforward, he made our gurantors feel comfortable, he made sure we were able to move in before our previous tenancy expired, and has been available for extra help ever since. He’s very quick to organise a contractor to come in for extra installations, fixes etc, and never leaves us hanging. The only negative sensation I’ve experience during this entire process was when for a moment I thought it was all too good to be true. But Tay didn’t disappoint, and we have moved into a beautiful house, which as a bonus, is owned by absolutely lovely people. Update: a the process of moving out was also so smooth thanks to Tay and Elder, very nice and professional agents. I can't put in to words how much Stuart supported me throughout the sale and when it all got stuck with solicitors he truly went above and beyond to get all the documents required, chase lawyers and support me personally.

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Martyn Gerard handled the selling of property 19 The Glade in Winhcmore hill , which was marketed as 3 bedroom property. We made our offer and agreed on the price , after agreement we made a survey which we paid £895 and spent £500 on solicitor fees just to find out property is 2 bedroom and loft extension is not in the lease/deed. Few times we have been told owner will add it to the deed and we have lost 5 months dealing with the property and losing money. While we were negotiating , we saw property was put back on the market as 2 bedroom with a lower price , which is now reduced even more. I was very disappointment with martyngerard winchmore hill , which i expect to be profiessionals . It was a total disaster the way they handled the process , amatuers i will say.
