The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful, consistently positive, and endlessly patient, we felt that he went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and his support made the entire process smooth (as any leasehold purchase in London can be thesedays), reassuring, and stress free, from initial viewing to completion. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a property. Thank you very much Matthew!

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.
2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They strung us along for a week, so we missed out on other flats in the nightmare that is the London rental market, only to tell us our application was rejected for a reason that a) wasn’t true and b) they should’ve known from the beginning. What kind of estate agent lets multiple parties out holding deposits down? The whole point of them is that they take the flat off the market. Awful communication, illegitimate referencing process, and ignored calls. Unfortunately if the flat you want is through them you don’t have much choice but to use them but I’d be very wary of a) the landlord that has chosen to use them and b) until that contract is signed, don’t expect you’ll get the flat.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

From viewing the apartment to moving out, the team has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.<br><br>Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded promptly and were always happy to help. Their communication by email is excellent, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing there was a team that genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and at home, even as a tenant.<br><br>Having lived in London for over a decade, I can honestly say this level of service is rare. 19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
