13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I've been renting a Brian Thomas property for around 1 year now and every interaction I have had has been positive so far. These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

26th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Nice decor, polite staff, was seen on time for the appointment. Had a pedicure, on the 3rd of July with a milky white French polish. This came out nice but polish should have started closer to the cuticle as it looked grown out too soon. Pedicure was weak, not enough time spent exfoliating, scrubbing with the pumice or removing dead skin. The heels in particular needed more work. A friend was walking behind me up a flight of stairs and said you need a pedicure, I said "I had one a week ago..." I usually have a pedicure every three months, never needed one a week later...disappointing. I have had pedicures all around the world and this was definitely one of the weakest. Pictures are embarrassing. Un impressed overall.

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.
3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner of the gentleman who answered the phone when I called to enquire about a property viewing. His attitude did not reflect the high standards I would expect from an otherwise reputable letting company.<br><br>Before discussing my circumstances properly, he assumed that I would not pass the referencing process. Based on my salary, I am confident that I meet the affordability requirements, and if I did not believe I was eligible, I would not have contacted your company in the first place.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future applicants are treated with greater professionalism, respect, and without premature assumptions.

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely take the time to help you find the right property to suit your needs.<br><br>They are also clear and transparent when dealing with landlords and repairs, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth tenancy over the years.<br><br>A big shout-out to Alex as he's a real MVP. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Aimee and the team at Stirling Ackroyd achieved the full target price in a very challenging market, but what really impressed me was the rest of their exceptional service.<br>They handled complexities arising from divorce and cancer with compassion and sensitivity, making a difficult time as easy as possible.<br>In addition to making the sale, Aimee's professional advice on buying elsewhere was invaluable and saved me more than their very reasonable commission.<br>Their genuine desire to achieve a good outcome for everybody involved shone throughout the process and makes them unique in my experience. If other estate agents were half as good the industry would have a very different reputation.

30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
