I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Although we weren’t in the position to buy in 2023, Dan always stayed in touch after giving us our initial consultation. Fast forward to 2026, Dan with all his expertise helped us understand our options and this time we started the journey properly! There aren’t enough words to describe the care aspect Dan has for his clients, it’s so personalised that sometimes I forget he works with others! We always felt like he put us first. Because of Dan alongside with the fantastic and professional recommended solicitors, we have been able to become homeowners in just 2 months of house viewing. The team at Roger Platt LE are all also very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Plus they make a great cup of tea for when you have an in person appointment! Would 100% recommend.

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always quick to answer questions, kept me well informed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and approachable in this industry. The whole experience felt efficient and well-managed, and I always felt supported at every step. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I would definitely recommend Parkes—and especially Alexander.
