From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. Fifteen years is a long time to rent a property, and during that time we treated the house as if it were our own home. We took great pride in looking after it, maintaining it carefully and, in our view, returned it in a significantly better condition than when we first moved in. Like any long-term tenancy, there were naturally maintenance matters and property issues that arose over the years, some of which we felt could have benefitted from more proactive attention and investment. What stood out throughout was the support provided by Ellis. The team consistently acted professionally, responded promptly and always tried to find practical and fair solutions. A special thank you to Belinda, who worked incredibly hard to guide all parties through what at times became a challenging and sensitive end-of-tenancy process. Her patience, professionalism and willingness to mediate fairly were greatly appreciated. Khalid and Niki were also always approachable, knowledgeable and helpful whenever advice or assistance was needed. One of the things we valued most was the distinction between the service provided by the agency and the differing expectations that can sometimes arise between landlords and long-term tenants. Ellis always approached matters with professionalism and fairness, helping to navigate situations that were not always straightforward. Moving after 15 years was an emotional experience for us, but we are grateful to have had an agency that genuinely cared and supported us throughout the journey.
