23rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

21st Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Raine & Co were very professional, courteous and friendly from the outset. They explained how the sale would proceed and kept us updated to how things were going after each viewing. The staff members showing potential buyers around had made sure they knew the property. The service we received was excellent and they made our moving experience less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend Raine & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.
23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.
