25th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Left multiple calls throughout the week to view a property, no courtesy for a call back despite repeated calls to follow up, only to be told viewing have now suddenly already happened and property on offer.
16th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others. Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare. Key issues included: Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door. The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security. The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit. Critical repairs being ignored for weeks. Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.

28th Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Quick, professional and reassuring. After an awful experience with another agency Greg at Paradigm gave myself and my flat mates faith again. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond, letting us know all our rights as renters, giving us draft tenancy agreements and passing us over to the landlord. Cannot recommend enough.

After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

24th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Selling through Tatlers East Finchley was a good choice. The office, with Manager Stephen and Fari, was professional, focused and proactive. Stephen and Fari both knew the property intimately and were both very knowledgeable insightful and helpful. The whole process could not have been smoother.
23rd Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I rented a property through Selmans for 2.5years. Over this period we found Nick and team to be amazing to deal with, the consummate professionals. Nothing was too much and any questions or issues were always handled in a timely fashion. I've rented through some of the High Street names before, but honestly, it has been like night and day in comparison. You're not just a number with Selmans, you get that family feel, they actually care that your rental experience is a good one. Cherry on top was our deposit was returned within days of checkout (and in full) after having been protected throughout! Thanks Nick and team. If ever I have a need to rent again, locally, you'll be our first call, thankyou all!!
