They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

She was always there when we needed her, even outside normal working hours and she made the whole process feel so much less stressful and easier than we expected. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She is really passionate about about her job and ensuring that the seller and buyers are both updated throughout the journey . Without her help and dedication, we don’t think we would have been in a position to complete and own our first home. We are extremely grateful for everything she’s done, and it really feels like we’ve built a relationship that goes beyond just buying a house. Thank you so much, Loretta - you’re truly one of a kind.

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.

What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property. Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything. Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail and those thoughtful, personal touches that made the experience feel special, even down to the beautiful property brochure. 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time. The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success. I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!
