They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

Adele has at all times been polite and professional and allowed us to view the property we were interested in numerous times answering any questions and providing excellent advice as we proceeded to buy. She kept us informed of developments and provided a personal touch and we felt very confident in dealing with her.

The team are so experienced and so professional in all they do , I felt like I was part of their family , nothing was to much trouble for them , I would definitely recommend habitat to anyone who wants to rent or sell . A massive thank you to all the team for really looking and supporting me whilst I was with them .

They helped me organise a mortgage advisor and gave me details of solicitors too which was much appreciated with me being a first time buyer and having no idea where to start! Would definitely recommend.

What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property. Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything. She explained from selling, the use of solicitors to buying and tying up lose ends Gemma is a real asset and exceptional addition to the Farrell & Hayworth team Thank you Gemma

4th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date.<br><br>A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout.<br><br>It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.

Moving into a new property can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise, and my new home unfortunately had several hidden defects that weren't visible at first glance.<br>?However, the agency and their wonderful maintenance team handled everything perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to get the house back in order. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mathew for his exceptional support—he managed to organize an urgent repair for a burst pipe in the wall over the weekend. His quick response and professionalism were a lifesaver.<br>?It is rare to find such a dedicated and reliable team. If you are looking for an agency that genuinely cares about their tenants and takes swift action when needed, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your hard work!

3rd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Hi everyone, I’m looking for help from landlords/property owners who may have dealt with Alphi Jacob Knight or Eric PVE Group in Manchester.<br><br>We handed our M1 apartment over to Alphi in July 2025 to manage a refurbishment and prepare the property for rental/ sale. I’m living away from Manchester and trusted them to manage the project and contractors on our behalf.<br>Unfortunately, almost a year later, the situation has become extremely difficult.<br>The property has been vacant for nearly 12 months. We have paid more than £40,000 in refurbishment-related costs, incurred over £3,000 in building management charges/fines following damage during the works, and lost a substantial amount of rental income.<br>D3 Group was introduced/appointed by Alphi to carry out the refurbishment, but when serious problems arose with the quality of work, delays and payments, we found ourselves caught between the different parties and there appeared to be significant disagreement over who was responsible.<br>Later, Eric/PVE became involved in managing/completing the remaining work. We paid approximately another £10,000 to PVE, but many of the issues we raised remained unresolved and we became increasingly concerned about the progress and quality of the work.<br>We have now terminated their involvement. They confirmed to us in writing that our keys and fobs would be returned, but we are still waiting for them – after 2 months.<br>We have kept extensive evidence, including emails, WhatsApp messages, invoices, payment records, photographs and records of the work and delays. We are now considering obtaining formal legal advice regarding recovery of our losses.<br>Has anyone here had experience with them, or a similar situation in Manchester?<br>I will report these to trading standards. But would appreciate recommendations for a solicitor experienced in property management/contractor disputes and advice on the best route for pursuing a substantial financial claim.<br>If anyone has dealt with the same companies and would prefer not to comment publicly, please feel free to message me privately.<br>Thank you — any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, never making me feel like just another customer. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to answer questions and provide support, even though the purchase ultimately didn't happen.<br><br>It's rare to come across such a dedicated and approachable estate agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and the whole Flexi Agent team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
