30th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Signed for a no fee deal including legal fees. Paid £200 up front. The buyer of my property dragged on for months resulting in me losing my house purchase. Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.
9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We have just sold our property and bought a new home both with Hunter’s at Kendal We have dealt mainly with Ellie who is so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble she is definitely a valuable asset to the company. Having spoken and dealt with other staff members at Kendal I can honestly say that they are a wonderful team. Everything has gone smoothly and we are moving next week, a huge thank you to Hunters.

13th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)When Pattinsons offered to sell our property they offered a price match for their fees and failed/refused to provide a valuation. They have not actively tried to sell the property and have forced auction conditions on us and are planning to charge us considerably more than the price match promised.

Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Hannah and Chloe. They helped me organise a mortgage advisor and gave me details of solicitors too which was much appreciated with me being a first time buyer and having no idea where to start! A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.
