Of course, I was/still being assisted by others like Johnny, another property During as I go through the process. our first meeting in August 2025, she was very warm and welcoming and especially reassuring that she was going to help me and my husband get the dream house we were looking for. Being a first time buyer and we were not sure of the whole process, and it appeared so daunting to say the least. Megan not helped me finding the house we finally settled for but she also put me through the most brilliant Financial Advisors at Jackson Grundy, James and Louise (who was the main financial advisor who helped me get the right Mortgage loan from our lender. Am hugely grateful to Louise as she continues to help me). I would recommend Megan any day. Never tired of my unsure state every time we went for house viewing. Never judged me and never got tired until the end. The process is still going and she is always on hand to help me. Always ready and smiling and above all happy soul!! Thank you very much Megan. 11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!

He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

From the first visit, to the final sale the experience was tailored to our unique requirements and preferences. We had also researched many other agents and were impressed that Homesale were the only company offering a bespoke service. They were also the most competitively priced.
