They guided us through the whole journey with kindness and patience. We had weekly phone updates throughout the process. They definitely took the pressure away from us. We trusted them with keys and alarm codes to the property for viewing purposes and they always left the property secure. Debbie from the sales progression team was extremely helpful and I looked forward to her friendly chats. Many thanks.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. Even when the first sale fell through for reasons out of their control the house was back on the market the same day and had a new offer the next day. They've chased everyone through the whole process. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I think slightly more thorough checks could have been done to check all of the electric ports/ electric company had been told of our move, but overall a quick and smooth experience to get us moved in.
