17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Their communication was very poor throughout. Even on the day of completion, after they had handed the keys to the buyer, we had no call letting us know. Finally had to call in and was told the sale was complete. Ben was the prime agent throughout. Surprised by the other glowing reviews, this was certainly not our experience.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. Their friendly and supportive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a complicated experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

The property was with another agent for three months and only had one viewing: then we took it to Connells and they found us our buyer in less than a week!

As soon as I switched the number of viewings shot up and the sale was completed swiftly and efficiently. Huge thanks to David, Anna, Will and Ben for everything. Rude ,unprofessional and not capable of providing the service they claim .Avoid at all costs .When you are paying someone a lot of money to do a job you expect it done properly .These people lie through their teeth ,lack basic understanding of the construction issues involved in housing and use contractors who charge huge amounts for shoddy workmanship ..I have pictures of a boiler that was supposed to have been serviced every year which was a hazard. Disgusting dangerous .They're lucky they didn't wind up in court for what they did .Absolutely rip off merchant's
