Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. 12th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

Vim in particular was amazing! Despite there being a few hold ups with our house sale, he was really professional and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking to sell their house!
