8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. Tracey was so lovely to have as our support during what was a stressful and emotional property sale. Thank you to the team at Money properties, regards Ian Plunkett

I was guided through every step of the way and given all the information I needed. They are so helpful with any questions I have and ensure I’m informed about any changes. I couldn’t have done it without them.

From the moment Dan came to value the house we had a good feeling about the agency. Modern, slightly different, and most importantly – a level of openness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in today’s world. The photos were excellent and the property was quickly on the market. From there Becky picked up the reins. She has been outstanding – keeping us updated throughout the process, offering useful suggestions and ultimately finding a buyer for a much-loved family home. A true professional and a credit to Minors & Brady. Thank you to everyone in the Caister office – we look forward to this sale reaching a successful conclusion. Adam, James, Louis, and particularly Jade - who coordinated the last mile of the sale, keeping everyone updated with frequent clear communication during the most stressful part of the process - were all great. I thought the use of a professional photographer enabled them to present the property in the best way possible and the sale particulars were comprehensive and appealing. They list on multiple online sites and vet potential buyers so as to ensure views are from only people who are genuinely motivated and in a position to purchase.

Don’t believe the reviews, they only want your money and have zero ethics. Beware ! Shame on you Dereham office for letting a property like that, and for not disclosing existing mold issues.
