Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!
