Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. 9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. A massive shout out to Hazel Laura and Jane for your total professionalism throughout the years. From the initial start to valuing the property to getting it online and now to accepting an offer. I cannot fault Holly and Libby. The communication between us all has been excellent. Always answered the phone and email. It has been such an easy experience selling our property, although we havent fully completed just yet. I wouldnt hesitate to using you again.

Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us.
