The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He kept us well informed at every stage, was always happy to answer questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. His honest advice and attention to detail gave us real confidence, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for everyone involved. 26th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

We were listened to and understood, supplied with an exceptional brochure to accompany their knowledgeable viewing representatives. We were always provided with full and accurate feedback information from viewings plus regular updates to current market information. When we received an offer, it came with the Partner's assessment and recommendation of how to proceed, along with ample help and attention through our exchange through to completion, Many thanks and compliments to the whole Cirencester team and we would definitely recommend Butler Sherborn.

I have already passed his details onto friends and family and they are also very pleased with the service they are getting. Talk about going the extra mile I am glad Max was on our team!

6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT

Belvoir stood out as the best after house valuations with 4 local estate agents. We knew we were in safe hands with Jason for our house sale. A personal service, rather than a sales conveyor belt. Jason came across as professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. We knew he'd do the very best for us and he did. He listened, understood and respected our specific requirements and made positive suggestions based on his experience. Jason was our main contact but all of the team work like a well oiled machine. A special thanks to Jason but also to Gary and Jessica for their part in the sale, progression and completion. Viewings were lined up straight away and we accepted a very good offer within days of first marketing. Jason was proactive, promptly dealt with queries, kept us updated and gave us good advice throughout. We were well looked after. Sending a huge thanks from us! We had so many issues with selling my house with another agent, and we moved over to Breckon & Breckon and Maxine took us on, made the whole experience seamless, arranging new photos, listing the property with all of the attributes that had been forgotten and did us proud. She was so helpful and answered all our questions, quickly, and really helped to push the whole process along when we got the sale. She honestly was a godsend helping us with advice, and being so accommodating with everything we needed. We cannot thank her enough, we had a such a smooth sale and process, we would recommend Breckon & Breckon and Maxine in particular to anyone selling any property in the Bicester area!
