He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.<br><br>Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.<br><br>If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

16th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
