The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.
