Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

They were efficient, excellent communicators, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>My house sold within 24 hours of going on the market and for more than the asking price. Despite challenges with our onward purchase and receiving very few updates from the other estate agent involved, Chloe and her team went above and beyond to chase information on our behalf and keep things moving.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication and support made a stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
