17th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

Communication was clear, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated their helpful approach and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Originally the estate agents based in Talbot Green who visited my house were very helpful and communicative. As time they were far more distant after my house was sold and a valuation they insisted on after the sale said it was damp issues from next door. The buyer pulled out after the valuation which proved that the sale was not worth the paper it was written on. They said they would help me with solicitors documents I troubled to fill in and cancelled the appointment on the day. I had no option to sell my house to auction for far less as a result of the valuation. Meanwhile the landlord who was the owner of the house next door to me that was allegedly bringing damp into my house via the surveyor 's report had put the house on sale on line via Property Plus for 55 thousand more than my sale price ? Avoid at all costs.

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
28th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.

I would recommend Wayman Schwartz to anyone. We dealt with Rachel, and upon meeting her, she immediately stood out from the crowd with her friendly, respectful, honest, and positive personality. This office demonstrates a lethal lack of competency regarding mandatory housing laws, leaving tenants in properties with severe, illegal safety hazards. By completely ignoring fundamental statutory regulations, they actively endanger human lives while exposing their landlord clients to massive legal fines, criminal liability, and Rent Smart Wales license revocations. Full evidence has been submitted to Rent Smart Wales and Rhondda Cynon Taf Environmental Health for formal investigation. Do not trust this agency with your property or your life—they are a public danger.
