The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

We had to sell the property quickly and they were extremely efficient and proactive both marketing the house and ensuring the sale went smoothly. The service we received was very professional and friendly and we would definitely recommend Cavendish if you are thinking of moving house.

They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.

The property was sold within two weeks, communication has been excellent, the staff from Reid & Robert’s have gone above and beyond to be of assistance as we have been unable to get to their office. Their fee is very competitive. We can’t fault them, the whole process is stress free and moving along smoothly.

I have received prompt and helpful replies regarding booking viewings and reminders about applying for properties. She kept us informed of everything that was going on and is so friendly so made the whole process so much easier. We had dealt with quite a few estate agents however Aimee was the best we had spoken too and has such amazing knowledge. Thank you Aimee!
