The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)The property inspection was carried out professionally and efficiently. Liberty was very friendly, approachable and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and the appointment was handled in a polite and respectful manner. Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience.

5th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. 28th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Purple bricks did not even try to sell the above property for my now late father and once 10 months passes all they wanted was £1700 fee paying I informed them that my fathers estate was in the hands of solicitors gave them all the details they needed to recover the fee but they insisted I paid the fee and it wasn’t their duty to go to a solicitor for the fee even after I had informed them the house was not left to me in my fathers will the words they used were that was my problem not theirs I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderably I would not recommend using them to anyone

She kept us informed of everything that was going on and is so friendly so made the whole process so much easier. We had dealt with quite a few estate agents however Aimee was the best we had spoken too and has such amazing knowledge. Thank you Aimee!
